The fences are in fair to new condition with all new fences along the highway frontage. Ranch is divided into several pastures and traps. There is approximately 1 mile of perimeter fence needed to be built on the south parcel. There is 1 windmill on the south parcel; 1 submersible pump at cabin, 1 new windmill and storage on the north parcel.
