Direction to the ranch from Sonora are as follows, take FM 1691 (Bond Road) south east out of Sonora for 8.14 miles then turn left (east) on CR 316, travel east for 4.63 miles to locked gate. The easement start here and is caliche surfaced road for approximately two miles to the ranch.
