Located in Sutton County, the ranch is southeast of Sonora, TX. The ranch is accessed by way of an easement off of CR 316. Direction to the ranch from Sonora are as follows, take FM 1691 (Bond Road) south east out of Sonora for 8.14 miles then turn left (east) on CR 316, travel east for 4.63 miles to locked gate. The easement start here and is caliche surfaced road for approximately two miles to the ranch.
