Located 10 miles south of Saddle Club is Little River Springs. Here you will find a 125-acre county park on the Suwannee River that includes 2 walking trails for nature walks and the opportunity for a wide variety of wildlife viewing including deer, squirrels, and numerous birds. The spring stays at 72 degrees all year long so this is a perfect spot for swimming, snorkeling, and canoeing or kayaking any time of year. Our springs feel like air conditioning in the summertime and heat in the winter. There is a cave system too so scuba divers from all over the world love to visit and explore what lies beneath our feet. The spring run is approximately 150 feet long with a cave system that is more than 1,200 feet long.

Little River Springs is an ideal place to see the difference between the clear spring water and the tea-colored Suwannee River. Youll notice a temperature difference too! Several shallow areas make this a kid-friendly spring. There are three handicap-accessible pavilion areas with grills available for picnics, two overlooks, portable restrooms, and paved sidewalks.

At Saddle Club you will find four acre estates located on county maintained dirt roads. The lots are wooded in oaks and hardwood trees. We have cleared a driveway and home site area on each parcel. Electricity and high speed internet are available to the front of the properties. There is no requirement or timetable to build. Mobile and Modular Homes are permitted. Farm animals are permitted.

There are NO DEED RESTRICTIONS on this property, but you must follow the building codes of Suwannee County when you do decide to build or make improvements.
