Recent title search shows an exception for legal access (Meaning none was found during the title search). There is also NOT any physical road or trail at this time to the property - please do not attempt to access the subject property as you would be trespassing against others since there is likely no legal access to it. This property has potential value upside for someone familiar with the processes/expense to obtain legal access and put in a physical road/driveway to the property.
