This 525 acre farm is a unique river-bottom farm with a lot of diverse habitat. Over a mile of the Iowa River snakes through the core of the farm. Good access from the north and south side of river provide entry points for waterfowl, deer and upland bird hunters. A private rock road provides excellent access to the center of the property from the south. The farm is made up of 265 acres of timber with the balance being in wetlands, river, and willow thickets. 455.12 acres are enrolled in the Wetland Reserve Program.
