The Gamblewood Farm is located in Groveland Township just North of Pekin, IL off Rt. 98, in Tazewell County. Features include 129.1 FSA cropland acres carrying a weighted soil productivity index of 118.6, with the balance remaining in timber and farmstead. Farm will be sold based on 160.4 tax acres without a survey. The house and outbuildings will be sold as is and farmland will be free of tenancy for 2022 crop. There are currently 11.1 acres enrolled in CRP paying $238.44 per acre with approximately $16,000 in eligible payments remaining. From I-155 at Morton, Illinois, Take Exit 31 and go west on Route 98 for 5.5 miles to the lane on the north side (the southeast corner of the farm) of the road that goes back into the farm.
