With frontage on County Road FF, this Homestead Tract is the perfect tract for someone looking for country living. Just 4 miles southwest of Goodwell, Oklahoma via Highway 54 and 3 miles south on Mile 20 Rd, its a short commute to school or work in the Oklahoma Panhandle and northern Texas Panhandle.
