Water is disbursed by two brand new Valley Pivots and one 350+/- gpm well (1.46gpm/irrigated acre). Further water development is possible and test holes have been drilled showing good opportunity. 156.85 acres are currently enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program through 2032 with an annual payment of $2,823 or $18 per acre.
