Driving Directions: Take SH 3 east from Hardesty, OK for seven miles. Turn south on county road N1090 (Mile 54 Rd) and go 1/4 mile to the northwest corner of the tract.
The Auction Property is a nice 338 + Acre tract of mixed grasses. There are 303 + Acres enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program. The CRP contract will expire September 30, 2021 and the annual payment is $30.27 per acre. The 2018 payment and all subsequent payments will convey to the Buyer.

Historical Webb Lake is located within the boundaries of this property and is home to various wildlife in the area. This is a sizable tract with a built-in income and time to develop for future use after the current program ends.
There is a 30 ft. easement for the gas line which services the home owned by the Seller. The Seller is reserving this easement.
