There are about 25+ mature pecan trees on the property....that have produced in years past. City water to property although all the property is in the county. There is a site for a mobile home up by the road with an electric pole and a septic tank (needs lid) that should rent for $150 to $200....depending on fishing rights I would think. There are multiple entrances off of Hwy 188 on to the property....this is a big deal being on a state hwy.. should someone ever wish to divide the property.
