AUCTIONEERS NOTE: SAS, LLC are offering this excellent cropland in 2 tracts at ABSOLUTE PUBLIC AUCTION, on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at Henry Hall in Brewster, Kansas.
TRACT 1 consists of a dryland quarter 4 miles north of Brewster on the blacktop. It is currently in wheat and in wheat stubble that is ready for a spring crop.
TRACT 2 is 320 acres of irrigation with two pivots and one well with underground to both pivots.
Possession of both tracts will be at closing with the Buyer having the right to enter immediately following the auction for farming purposes. The NE/4 of Section 11-6-36 has had fertilizer applied with the strip-till operation under the pivot.
