This tract is loaded with features:
This 225-acre property is conveniently located just outside of Burnsville, MS and south of Highway 72. It is 5 minutes from a public boat ramp on the Tennessee Tombigbee Waterway, and even closer to a bank, post office, service stations and a couple of restaurants. Dont worry though, its still isolated and full of deer, turkey and plenty of other game and non-game species.
Most of the property is thinned planted pine, well over 20 years old. The loading decks from the thinning could still easily be converted to food plots, and a power line ROW running across the southern portion of the property adds more opportunity for game management. The well drained soils and a good network of woods roads and trails help make the property accessible all year very important considering timber that can be harvested in the winter typically brings a premium.
To view ...
To view the property, turn off Highway 72 onto Ruby Lane. Although the road continues to travel through NAC01, it ceases to be a county road at the property boundary. As you go up the hill you will no doubt notice the sand pits to the side of the road. Wait until you buy it, but those would be a perfect place to run a dirt bike. YouTube it and youll know what we mean.
Once at the top of the hill, the hunting club that currently leases the property has a gate. Give us a call for the combination to our lock. Once on the property please be mindful of any hunters.
