Loads of creeks springing right out of the huge rocks and running down through the property. Unspoiled fresh water, huge hardwoods, and probably over a mile or more of trails and internal roads in good shape for either driving or running an ATV. Hiking through here you may see turkeys, bears, whitetail deer, and of course dozens of squirrels. There is an old trappers cabin with a babbling stream running just behind it. Lots of home sites available. Could be a great family compound to get-away anytime you prefer. Borders USFS on 2 sides and not too far from the Applachian trail. You sure won't see anyone driving by every 5 minutes or hear any traffic...unless it is a herd of something wild.
