Docks
The facility has five (5) loading/unloading docks. There are two (2) original open docks and three (3) new enclosed docks (in room #5). All docks have self-leveling load mechanism.
Additional Storage
The east parcel (136-100-046) has an additional +/-5,000 sq. ft. enclosed warehouse with ample storage. There is also a +/-6,000 sq. ft. pole barn. This area is equipped with power and air to run packing or box making equipment.
Solar
Solar installation was completed in July of 2018. The system went online in August of 2018 and is 535.6 kWDC/432 kWAC.

Groundwater Disclosure
