The Fraser Farm consists of approximately 1,402 acres of land, of which approximately 1,288 are tillable and currently planted to grass, the result of expired CPR contracts. There are three separate parcels, the smallest being 138.2 acres and the largest being 942 m/l acres. The third is 304 acres and located close to the largest parcel. All three are nonirrigated and rely on rain and snowfall for crop production. The Missouri Gulch location generally consists of gently rolling terrain with dry drainage ditches and minimal water erosion. The hilltops have nice views of the Blue Mountains to the south.
