Red Ranch
The Highway 83 Cattle Ranch is a superb property only a few miles south of Uvalde. The property has been extensively cleared and planted in Kleingrass to improve the production value of the ranch. Multiple wells, earthen tanks, and new cross fences are a few of the many highlights.
WATER:
There are three ponds on the property, two of which were recently built. There is also a total of 5 water wells on the ranch. One of the wells is equipped with an electric submersible pump and services the existing water troughs.
VEGETATION:
Roughly 2/3 of the property has been cleared, of which 150 acres more or less have been planted in Kleingrass. The remaining acreage in the rear of the property is a mixture of native brush and cleared strips.
