The property has 2.24 miles of highway frontage. The southeasterly portion of the ranch is bisected by Zorro Creek, a wet weather waterway which runs in a southerly direction to the Rio Grande River. Topography is generally level. The ranch consists of rangeland with a covering of native grass and brush. The perimeter of the property is fenced with low ranch fencing consisting primarily of netwire on wooden posts and stays. There is a tank on the southern part of the ranch.
