There are some good soils with good native grasses. Scattered liveoaks with cedar and some mesquite, persimmon, and lots of other brush species good for wildlife habit. One Unique species, Pinion Pine, is scattered on the south part of the ranch. Some of the Pines are as high as 30 feet tall.
