The ranch is located approximately 25 miles North of Del Rio, TX in Val Verde County. Access to the ranch is on U.S. Highway 277 and has approximately 3 miles of road frontage.
Terrain:
The Red Bluff ranch is very diverse for the area from creek canyons to rolling grass bottoms. Limestone rock outcroppings with some tall bluffs above 100 feet high along down Red Bluff Creek. There are some good soils with good native grasses. Scattered liveoaks with cedar and some mesquite, persimmon, and lots of other brush species good for wildlife habit. One Unique species, Pinion Pine, is scattered on the south part of the ranch. Some of the Pines are as high as 30 feet tall.

The ranch has good whitetail deer hunting and lots of turkey for the region.
