The Rancho Rio Grande subdivision is an under-developed community. It is just east of the town of Belen which is rapidly becoming a bedroom community to the city of Albuquerque. The main population of the area is along the I-25 corridor. The Rio Communities lie to the east of this main corridor. There are scattered subdivisions throughout this area and there are other areas of no development. There are many nice homes in the already developed areas. This property is between the Manzano Expressway and the Manzano Mountains.
