Payment: The winning bidder will be required to make a non-refundable down payment the day of auction with the signing of an Adam Marshall Land & Auction, LLC purchase agreement. Amount to be listed on each tract. Wire transfer, certified or personal check accepted. The balance will be due at closing.
Closing: Closing to be on November 5th, 2025 or sooner at Valley Title & Abstract
Possession: Full possession of Tracts 4, 5, & 7 at closing. Tracts 1, 2, 4, & 6 no later than December 14th, 2025.
