Nauvoo Tract is located approximately 1.5 miles south of Nauvoo, 5 miles north of Carbon Hill, and 16 miles northwest of Jasper in northern Walker County, Alabama. The property has frontage on multiple roads: paved road frontage on Radiant City Road and dirt road frontage on Pennington Circle as well as Pinetucky Road.
Recently harvested pine plantations cover 333 acres of the tract. Natural pine and hardwood make up 143 acres. There are 39 acres of merchantable pine plantations that provide the opportunity for current income to the buyer. The remaining acres are pine plantations: 16 acres planted in 2003 and 7 acres planted in 2005.
