Internal fences in each parcel are set up for cell grazing, with 12 total individual cell grazing units among the four parcels.

Artesian water well located in section 9-17-30. Well is 2200 deep, 80 gpm, pressurized self-flowing well owned 50% by John Rygh and 50% Kim and Jackie Ulmer. Well system use is currently shared by four landowners and encompasses approximately 15 miles of pipeline and nearly 30 access points. Artesian water will be accessible to the tracts as long as the well is functional with the proper pressure to maintain the lines. New buyer(s) must maintain their water tanks and water lines at their own expense, and will need to sign a water tank agreement. Owners of the well have the right to inspect tanks at any time and stop water flow if proper maintenance isnt completed.
