RTI Office
This is a historic building formerly owned by Congressman John Kerr. It is in the historic district in Warrenton right beside the courthouse. The building contains four large rooms a hallway and a bathroom. It would be an excellent office for a new lawyer coming to Warrenton and has been used for a forestry office for around 20 years. The woodwork in the office is beautiful. Three rooms have hardwood floors and one room contains pine flooring. This building has a basement also. The slate roof on the front of the building is in good shape and a new rubber roof was installed around five years ago on the back 2 rooms. Parking is a problem in Warrenton but the gravel parking lot will hold at least 3 vehicles.
