Located approximately 15 miles south of Worland on the Gooseberry Road, this is an extremely productive 1,100± acre farm. Approximately 550 acres are irrigated; 120 acres under pivot and 430 acres irrigated by pipeline. Two additional pivots will be installed this fall. The farm currently produces hay, barley, beets, and field corn. Gooseberry Creek flows through the property providing year-round live water and there are two natural springs providing ample water for wildlife. An abundance of chukars, doves, ducks, geese, pheasants, raccoons, coyotes, antelope, and mule deer inhabit the property. The southern boundary of the farm is bordered by BLM land, which allows access to miles of public lands for recreational use. The Gooseberry Farm has no improvements.
