Small Coastal Farm - great building site!

This 15.0 +/- acres is located on the east side of Highway 183, just south of the city of Vernon (not in the city limits). The soils are class 3e Springer loamy fine sand, currently in established coastal pasture. The current owner is using the pasture to grow hay.

The whole perimeter is fenced, with three sides having barbed wire and along the road, pipe. A pipe gated entrance allows access from the highway.
