The enclosure is well-populated with a fine herd of mature whitetail deer, primarily Southern and Texas genetics. The owners have consistently worked to keep the herd healthy and in great condition by providing an abundance of food, water, and bedding areas. Crops are planted annually both in summer and fall, as well as supplemental feeding. There are 2 breeder pens used for selective breeding before being released into the main enclosure.
The camp area consists of 2 nice guest cabins which are double-wide mobile homes, 4 bed, 2 bath, and 3 bed, 2 bath, a fully enclosed metal shop with roll-up doors and concrete slab with deer cleaning facilities. There is a third double-wide mobile home that can be purchased separately, or the owner will have it moved. The camp area is located outside the main enclosure and is fenced as well.
The main enclosure consists of +/-95 acres of open fields, food plots, and a dove field that range in size from 1 to 10 acres, and most food plots have a permanent shooting house. The remaining acres are primarily hardwood timber, roads, and bedding areas. There is a nice 2-acre bass and brim lake, well-stocked.
