Wilcox Mitigation

Introducing the Wilcox Mitigation Tract. Two separate parcels consisting of 66 and 33 acres only a few hundred yards apart. The northern most parcel consists of 33 acres boasting a beautiful landscape composed of natural pine regeneration and a meandering creek bottom. The southern parcel of 66 acres has a different feel for the south Georgia landscape. Scattered throughout are strategically planted hardwoods. A different look from the more common rows of planted pines we're accustomed to. White oaks, swamp chestnut oaks, and nuttall oaks in rows are a sight to be seen. Planted pines also encompass the property as well as preserved wetlands. This property has been enrolled in a perpetual conservation easement with the U.S. Corps of Engineers. Wilcox Mitigation is preserved for many generations to come with the parameters set to limit land use.
