The farm is under a 50/50 crop share lease for 2012. The farm is approximately 40 miles straight south of "the Loop" downtown Chicago. Take the Dan Ryan Expressway (I90/94) East (south) to Exit 74A/B, which is the Bishop Ford Freeway toward "Danville/Iowa/Wisconsin" Keep proceeding straight south on 394 as this eventually turns into Route 1 and Route 1 goes to Beecher. After proceeding through Beecher and back out into the country take the first right, which is Corning Rd. and go 1.75 miles. Tract 3 is on the south side of the road. Go another mile west and you will be at Tracts 1 and 2.
