Terms: The four tracts will be offered individually and then as a unit. If sold individually the terms will be as follows: $15,000 down on Tract 1, $10,000 down on Tract 2, $2,000 down on Tract 3, $500 down on Tract 4. If sold as a unit terms will be as follows: $25,000 down with the signing of a purchase agreement the day of sale, with the balance due within 30 days at closing. Buyer & Seller will split cost of owners policy of title insurance and closing agent fee. Properties sell subject to sellers reserve and all rights of way, easements & restrictions of record. Property sells as is with no guaranties or warranties from seller or sellers agent. Property does not sell subject to financing or rights of recission.
