Tordia Hills Ranch

197 acre South Texas hunting property located partly in Wilson County and partly in Karnes County. Property has been managed for whitetail deer and wild turkey. Owner has been feeding protein, cottonseed and corn for the past 4 years. This hunting ranch has many senderos that have been well maintained. 3 sides of the property are low fenced and were built new in the spring of 2018. The 4th side of the property is high fenced. The main tree cover is mesquite, live oak, black brush, and brasil. Vegetation consist bluestem, bermuda grass, and other native grasses and forbes.
