199+/- acres of beautiful Wilson County ranchland just South of Stockdale on 123 and a few miles East on CR 252. The ranch has only been lightly hunted for several years and currently has a grazing lease in place for the ag exemption. The ranch has about 2400' of frontage on paved Cr 252, making for easy access to the property.
