This tract is mostly mature mixed hardwoods and is in the southeast part of Winn Parish within 1 mile of Kisatchie National Forest and Dugdemona River. The hardwoods are primarily mature oak and hickory and will offer abundant mast crops for deer and other wildlife.

Anderson Creek meanders through the property to offer a good water source for wildlife. This tract has a couple different deer stands that will stay as well as a network of trails that connects one end of the tract to the other.
