The Arlene E. Wolf Estate Farmland Auction will offer 80.0 +/- real estate tax acres located in Clayton Township, Woodford County, Illinois. The farm is located 1.5 miles west of Benson, Illinois along Woodford County Highway 18. The tract consists of 79.4 FSA cropland acres of primarily El Paso silty clay loam and Flanagan silt loam soils with a PI of 141.7. The farm is improved with drainage tile. Additionally, there is a wooden crib on the north end of the farm and open tenancy for the 2026 crop year.
The farm will be offered via a timed online only auction with a soft close on December 9th at 10:00 AM. Bidding will be available at our website or through First Mid Ag Services mobile app.

Take Interstate 39 to the IL Route 116 West Exit. Proceed west to Benson, IL. Go through Benson. When IL Route 116 intersects with IL Route 117, continue west on County Hwy 18 for 1/4 mile to the farm on the south side of the road. The corn crib stands in the middle of the north side of the farm.
From Peoria, IL go east on War Memorial Drive (US150) over the bridge to on IL Route 116 and proceed east toward Metamora. Stay on IL116 for 25 miles. As it turns east to go to Benson go the opposite direction on County Hwy 18 for 1/4 mile to the farm on the left side (south side) and marked with our signs.
