Fair Oaks Farm

This contiguous farm is located approximately 2 miles west of Fair Oaks, AR on the north side of US Highway 64. Farm can also be accessed from counties roads on the east and west side of property. Over 91.5% of the acreage is tillable and irrigated by seven wells, two relifts, and underground pipe. Soils are Calhoun, Callaway, and Henry Silt Loam and well suited for growing rice and soybean. Each year approximately half the farm is rice and half soybean.
