Lease interest: This property sells subject to a 2022 grazing lease. The Tenant shall have the rights to graze said cattle until October 20, 2022. All proceeds of the 2022 grazing lease shall be retained by the Sellers.
Closing and Possession: Closing shall be on or before October 21st, 2022. Possession date shall be at closing subject to 2022 grazing lease if closing before October 21st, 2022.
