The nearest hub is Yakutat, just 65 miles northwest, offering year-round Alaska Airlines service, fuel, groceries, a medical clinic, and basic supplies. For expanded services, the larger fishing community of Cordova lies about 190 miles to the southeast, with multiple stores, restaurants, medical facilities, and additional transportation connections. Buyers should plan for access primarily through Yakutat, with charter flights or boat travel required to reach the property itself.

From Yakutat, access to the property is by charter bush plane or boat. Historically, Yakataga had an airstrip (CYT) used by the White Alice site, though its current condition is unknown and may require inspection before use.
Alternative Access via Cordova (CDV):
Cordova, about 190 miles southeast of the property, offers more extensive services and ferry connections but is much farther from the site. Yakutat remains the closest and most practical access hub.
