McCormicks Ranch

The McCormick Ranch is located on a high bench between the Blue Creek and Pryor Creek drainage's just south of Billings. The ranch is intersected by a number of long coulees, most of which run water year around. There are three good sized reservoirs and 2 developed springs, one of which supplies the water for the ranch headquarters and corral system. The new owners could easily develop several more springs if desired. The long deep coulees not only provide grazing for livestock but also provide winter shelter and wildlife habitat.
