The open ground has been farmed to many different crops including but not limited to corn, onions, wheat, sunflowers, corn, and safflower. There is a brand new almond orchard that was just planted on the east boundary of the subject property. The new almonds look very good. With proper research and soils test, one would assume that the subject property could also grow almonds.
WATER: The ranch has three wells that produce a combined 3,500 gpm. Well, #1 on Road 13 is pumping approximately 2,000 gpm and is at a depth of 450 feet. Well #2 on Road 12 is pumping approximately 1,100 gpm and is at a depth of 600 feet. The pistachio well is pumping approximately 450 gpm and is at a depth of 180 feet. Two of the wells are run by electricity and the third well is run by diesel.
