TRACT 1 consists of 122 acres of CRP with 2 contracts, one contract for 18.12 acres expires in 2025 and the second contract for 104.67 acres expires in 2033.
TRACT 2 contains 151 acres of dry tillable ground that will be planted to cane for the 2025 growing season. The Buyer will receive a cash rent payment prorated to the date of closing.
