The north side of the ranch has excellent tree cover and the south side is excellent South Texas brush. There is an 80 acre field that is not currently utilized nor irrigated but has excellent potential.
There are a total of 11 tanks on the ranch, 9 of which currently hold water. There is a 3,500 sq ft lodge that has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths and two metal barns. The owner will convey 12 deer stands but the rest of the equipment does not convey.
