Esposo Farm
The Esposo Farm is 180 acres located on FM 1986 right outside of La Pryor, Texas, in Zavala County. This is an excellent irrigated farm that could be used for row crops or a cattle program. There is an ideal net wire perimeter fence all the way around this farm to keep your livestock in and hogs out. The Reinke pivot is in excellent condition and waters approximately 130 acres. There is a 75% irrigated to dry land ratio making this farm very productive. This farm is equipped with two electric irrigation wells. The well closest to the pivot produces approximately 300-350 GPM, the new well produces 250 GPM. Both water wells and pivot run off a single diesel generator.
