Subsurface Water: The subsurface water on the property is excellent, including the above mentioned wells there is substantial potential for additional water wells existing as the Carrizo Aquifer is under the property. Production at rates exceeding 1,000 gallons per minute is possible on all parts of the property. Numerous sites exist for the development of water wells and irrigation.
Vegetation/Soils: The rich soils on the ranch are ideal for farming or seasonal pastures. Current crops include spinach, cabbage, corn, and milo. The improved pasture is planted in winter oats and allowed to lay fallow throughout the remaining part of the year.
Improvements: Existing improvements include an excellent 164 acre center pivot irrigation system with a 30 yr. poly water line. The entire ranch has an excellent boundary fence.
