The Missouri Department of Conservation is offering approximately 160 acres of partially wooded land in Barton County, Missouri for sale to the highest bidder (after reserve price is met). The property is currently known as the Ida Lorene Higgins Conservation Area. Site has approximately 60 acres of Pasture and 100 acres of Woods. The tract has one-half mile blacktop road frontage on the east and one-fourth mile of County Road 105 frontage on the northwest. Site is not zoned. Tract does have access to electric. FEMA reports 140.57 acres outside of the floodplain and 19.43 acres is in the 100-year floodplain. Tract includes an older fully depreciated barn on the southeast corner. Some marketable timber was observed but no guarantees are made.
