Dreaming of owning some land in small town USA? Check out these AFFORDABLE lots in Regan North Dakota.
XXX Charles Street, 6 lots, 1/2 acre, $7500. This lot is right across the street from the city park on a corner.
Regan was established in 1910 and became a city as the Northern Pacific Railroad was constructed. The town was named for J Austin Regan of Fessenden, an official of the Dakota Land and Townsite company, which did the plat in 1911.
After the railroad was built the town blossomed. The first building was an ice house followed by the Congressional Church and then the Post Office, which still stands today. In a few short years Regan was a thriving prairie town of over 200 residents that even had its own champion baseball team!
Over the years the population has decreased but the peaceful town with stunning sunsets remains.
