This property is located at the intersection of FM 1055 and FM 2392 only three miles from the city limits of Dimmitt, Texas.
There is pavement on the south and west sides, good county roads on the north and east sides and is surrounded by sprinkler irrigated farmland presenting great potential for sprinkler irrigation if broken out accordingly.
The property consists of 437.5 acres more or less with 432.1 acres enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program at a rate of $43.27 per acre through September 30, 2020.
There are three irrigation wells equipped with 605 Molines (condition unknown) and one domestic well equipped with a submersible electric motor, pump and control panel (condition unknown).
