South of the highway is Zimmatic 8 tower center pivot (134 +/- acre) and two 4 tower pivots irrigating 28 +/- acres each. There are 5 wells on the north section with submersible pumps and electric motors. The south section has 6 wells; one of which has a turbine pump with electric motor and the other 5 wells have submersible electric pumps and motors. There is a pipeline that connects all the wells and center pivots and also underlies the highway. The mile Valley sprinkler is nozzled at 800 GPM. The 4 tower pivots are all nozzled for 125 GPM. The 10 tower pivot north of the highway is nozzled at 500 GPM and the 8 tower pivot south of the highway is nozzled at 475 GPM. Additionally, a booster pump is in place at the mile pivot on the north section and at the 10 tower pivots on the south section. The balance of the farm not under irrigation is developed with improved grasses and may be hayed or grazed as desired as they are not under a Conservation Reserve Program contract.
This is a nice farm with good soils and considerable depreciation. It would perform well as a diversified row crop farm and in combination with the improved grass allows for an excellent cattle grazing operation.
