Feedyard: 1,620+/- of total bunk at the feedyard. 700+/- of which is steel bunk and 920+/- of which is concrete bunk. All bunks have concrete aprons. 6 60x20 shades and 5 40x20 shades within the pens. The feedyard has a very nice processing barn with both a medicine and tack room. A multiple bay commodity barn with concrete floor and whey tank provide additional feed options. Pen sizes vary and multiple small grass traps are connected to the feedyard. A 40, six wire, fenced lane stretches 2.5 miles across the west side of the ranch in which lane accesses six different quarter section pastures for easy cattle handling and driving back to the feedyard.
Headquarters Grass Section: The section in which both the house and feedyard are located is crossed fenced into multiple pastures with good stock tanks and more shades. The livestock watering system for the feedyard is sourced from three wells on this section and tied into an above ground storage tank. There is also a loafing shed with two horse stalls and a tack room.
NE Pasture: 338+/- acres of grass located two miles northeast of the main operation. The pasture has one electric well, one solar well, a good perimeter fence, and a small set of working corrals.
Main House and Barn: The main house was built in 2018 with 2,511 sq.ft. of above ground living space and a 600 sq.ft. finished basement. A nice inground swimming pool and hot tub are in the back yard within a concrete patio. The adjacent shop is 4,200 sq.ft. with a large overhead door. There is 1,300 sq.ft. of living space within the shop that includes a full kitchen. Storage is accessible above the living area in the shop. Access to the home starts at a rocked overhead entrance with an automatic gate and continues up to the home by an all-weather road within a fenced lane.
