There are 3 things to know about this property: 1) During the high water surges from the last 3 hurricanes during 2024 (Debby: early August, Helene: late September, and Milton: early October), no flood waters entered the house. Flood water did get into the garage, but, since the garage walls are block, the water just receded and left no damage. 2) The current owner bought this property in 2006. Features like stainless, granite, solid wood cabinets, TREX material, glass block shower, new roof, upgraded electrical and manicured landscaping are just some of the investments that equate to real value. Other homes nearby may be available for less but they either flooded or don't have these costly improvements. This is not a project property. It is finished and needs nothing. .
