Access is by pipeline roads. Timber consists of good quality hardwood sawtimber and pulpwood and 15 acres of well-stocked premerchantable pine plantation established in 2011. Little Corney Bayou and Steep Creek cross tract. Site index for loblolly pine (base age 50) averages ninety (90) feet on very fine sandy and silt loam soils.
