From the junction of Highway 167 & Highway 79 at Fordyce, travel north on Highway 167 for approximately 4.2 miles to Highway 273 on the left. Turn left (West) onto Highway 273 and go about 2.3 miles to the junction with Highway 229. Continue northwesterly onto Highway 229 and go an additional 8.3 miles to Dallas County Road 104 (Bunn-McGriff Road). Turn right onto CR 104 / Bunn McGriff Road and continue 1.0 mile to the south end of the tract. Various gravel roads access the east and west sides of the property, as shown on the attached maps.
